We recognize that it may not always be easy to be present within a community, however, over the past month, we’ve really seen Nhi become more comfortable within TechTank so we want to take this moment to recognize that!!

Last month, Neal spoke about web performance optimization. He delved into strategies and methodologies for improving the speed and efficiency of digital experiences, both on the frontend and backend. We explored topics such as minimizing load times, enhancing responsiveness, and employing best practices such as reducing render-blocking resources and leveraging content delivery networks to create high-velocity websites and web apps that satisfy users and benefit businesses. This was an exciting and informative talk!!

TechTank takes over Ballroom bowlThis month's social landed us at Ballroom Bowl!!

The night started off pretty well as we managed to get in two games of billiards while waiting for our lanes to be set up. But as soon as the lanes were ready, the real fun began, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! Everyone has some amazing bowling talents!!The night didn't stop there!! We continued at RendezViews -- an awesome outdoor patio just minutes from Ballroom Bowl.

Embracing Continuous Learning: Navigating Skill Development in Tech

We hosted a panel discussion on continuous learning and strategies for staying updated with the rapidly evolving tech space.

We explored the answers to questions such as:

• How do you strike a balance between deepening your expertise in a particular tech stack and exploring new technologies?* How do you deal with the feeling of being overwhelmed with the sheer volume of new information and technologies coming out?
• What platforms, courses, or resources have been invaluable to you in your learning journey? (or your “go-to-list” of resources to stay updated)
